Times City is a project comprising luxury apartments, business centers, parks and schools in Honoi, Vietnam. Since this project covers a large area with different public and private facilities, the existence of a reliable surveillance system is highly important, and AVTECH has the honor to be chosen to guard the whole city.
AVTECH products are mainly installed in the parking lots and on lower levels of the shopping malls. The security center is able to monitor both IP and CCTV systems in one monitor with AVTECH HDMI matrix, HDM02, and the CMS “TRIDENT”.
On the lower levels, AVM311 is used as the eye to monitor each area. Its IK08 approval prevents damages from outside force. The installation is easy and quick because AVX913R6, the PoN converter, is used during installation to offer camera power via network cables only. It’s not necessary to connect a power cable for each camera. To record what AVM311 sees, AVH516A, a 16CH NVR, is used to save those high quality footages up to 1080P full HD. In addition, this NVR also supports event notifications via Push Status, Video Mail and Message Mail, allowing the mall managers to be aware of each corner’s status in the mall.
In the parking lots, AVM183, an IR dome camera, is used as an eye for 24/7 monitoring with 960H clear image quality, even when the environment gets dark. To record what AVC183 sees, AVC708H, a 16CH 960H DVR, is used to save those high quality footages up to 960H.
In the whole surveillance system, three sites are built respectively in the machine room, control center and parking lot center to centrally monitor each location. The site in the machine room is built with HDM02, the HDMI matrix, for the security guard to know if there’s any video loss occurrence and fix immediately. The other two sites in the control center and parking lot center are built with the CMS “TRIDENT” to centrally monitor and control each location. E-Map, Event Management and Health Check on CMS “TRIDENT” make the management even easier and simpler.
In this case, you can see both IP and CCTV systems are coexisted and integrated well with HDM02 and the CMS “TRIDENT”. If further system upgrade is needed in the future, the compatibility issue is not the thing to worry about.
